I probably can make my shifter-surround look new (scratched) if I find matching spray paint. Searching the site says Duplicolor DSGM340 (silver metallic) may match. Anyone try it? How well does it match the factory silver on the console? Thanks.

 

You might want to paint all the components to make sure you get a match.

 

Lugnut, I bought duplicolor silver wheel paint for a project I later abandoned. The cap's color was pretty close to our silver..just an idea its wp101

 

"duplicolor silver wheel paint" Have some already with which I can do a test-comparison on something. It's lacquer, however, and flakes off wheels fairly easily.

"paint all" Sounds too much like work! Replacing the front outer console surround (now in hand) will be fun enough.

Hopefully someone has already tried the DSGM340 (or others?) and will report here.
