Would you care to elaborate on that?

He is referring to his post on this thread about the look of the glove box on the car that is for sale. Read the first post and look at the pics in the ad.

2007+ (I could be wrong with the year) have knee airbags, therefore the size of the glovebox is reduced.

This is the type that most of us have where face of the glove box wraps all the way under the dash.
The one for sale only the front of the glove box opens like a flap.

Yes.
To my chagrin, I found it out when I was going through some DIY mods and the directions didn't make any sense. I posted about it some time ago. The newer (mine is an '08) has a box that is not user friendly--door requires a major undertaking to remove (ugh).

Learn something new every day!
Maybe in a hundred years from now we will be calling it an Ipod box... cuse no one ever uses it for gloves anymore.

Close! It's '06-'08 lots of little things were changed (i.e. electronics, airbags, etc.) I know this because I had all my driver side window mechanics replaced under warranty and they told me all part #'s were updated/revised for all the parts (built during/after '06) I needed. Not sure if that means the parts were updated or the #'s all I know is my drivers door is solid as a rock!!

And here we thought Chrysler wasn't listening
