Default Rattle problems - need help

Hi,

I am trying to get rid of the rattles in my trunk, since i put the new sub in.
I checked Kolme's post https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...out-coupe.html but it did not help that much.
So if anybody has any ideas? I know that probably dynamat will help, but i do not want to give $360 for something minor...

Also if someone could explain to me how to take back bumper off, because i think that rattle is coming somewhere behind the bumper. I found DIY but i do not understand where are all the screws?!?!

Thank you in advance

What you're hearing in the bumper are the vents. Remove the taillight access panels and you can see them. Turn some music on and they flutter around. Would love to hear how to remedy this.

Not sure. Some have discussed gluing them down but are unsure what kind of problems that may cause. Any ideas what the little vents are there for? What purpose do they serve?

Believe one of the reasons for the vents is to relieve the compression sound & feeling when you close your door & both windows are fully up. Most other car makes I have owned would produce this slight feeling of compression all around since there was no place for the air to escape when the last door was closeed.

Try throwing some Dynamat. My buddy used it on his Civic with the same problem and it worked perfect.
