Headliner Sag!!!
There were only 2 post on this and they were old so I figured I would bring it up. Within a week the headliner on the driver side is damn near scraping my head
. Couple of good solutions on the old thread, just wondering if anyone has tried anything new or knows anyone in the Houston TX area that they could recommend 2 fix or redo...... Thanx in advance

Thanx 4 the reply old man, so just pick a fabric I like and go at it? It looks like it would be a pain in the butt 2 do. Did u use 3m adhesive and what kinda paint did you use for the pillars, that isn't a bad idea since they will b off. I'm surprised more people haven't had this problem. Guess I will b putting my skills 2 the test soon
Thanx again... ChrIs

All you people that spent 3 days or so doing it yourself.... have a pro do it for 100 dollars in 3 hours! A guy like Lupe has been doing this for decades and knows his way around cars. It is worth every penny to have a pro do it and save yourself hours!
Mophreakous--- Lupe did a good job with mine. If you go there and see his place you would worry... but I am telling you this guy has been doing this for 40 years with his kids. He is really good! He did mine almost 2 years ago and the headliner is still good.

Well, add my XFire to the list of "the sky is falling" group. I actually have been waiting for this very moment when I could justify replacement. Mine too started at the corners and front edge which really bothered me a great deal, but that's to this near 100 degree June temps we are having, the damn thing fell completely loose in about two days. Shopped on the internet to get phone numbers, then started making calls eliminating those that said about 150 to 250... too much. I found someone close that gave me the 100 price which was my target. Took it by there this morning, they pulled the liner in about 15mins, little rough with it, but I'm sure much better than I would have done. I go back either tomorrow or the next day to have it re-installed. I elected to keep my Xfire with me to keep any damage to the car from happening while I am not present. Keeping my fingers crossed it turns out good, he wraps the edges as it should have been originally. My color selection matches the sunvisors.. slightly darker than original but texture matches exactly. I repost results with photo. For anyone in the Atlanta area, I'll let you know who I used after all is done. Thanks to the many owners who post to this site... and thank you Crossfireforum!
Went by Tony's Uphol. Shop and in 15 mins the sagging headliner was out of the Xfire. Drove my car home and to work while they did their magic, next morning, called and it was finished and ready to be installed. Took 45-55 mins of hard work for two experienced installers to get it back in and finished... The results... Well I'll let you decide. But I must say, it was the BEST $100 I EVER SPENT!
