Default moldy Jaguar

Hey guys, I'm finally ready to sell my Jag. I pulled off the cover and much to my surprise there is mold all over the seats and other areas. White vinegar seems to be the fix according to most (along with hepa mask) I thought you experts might have some good insight and advice. I'm selling it as a parts car and will disclose this problem but I hate to see this beautiful convertible look so yukky. Thanks, MM

A 25% Clorox to water solution in a spray bottle worked for me in a similar situation. Just be ready to rinse with clean water right afterwards.

And then leather conditioner, of course.

Thanks Max, I'm a little afraid of bleach for obvious reason. I just don't think I can rinse it well enough, It is king of the pathogen microbial killers but with the porosity of the subject material, I'm going to pass on it. I just picked up huge bottles of alcohol, white vinegar, and ammonia; Plus a big box of baking soda. I'll let you know how it works.

I have used Lysol on mold in the past, It will kill the mold.
White vinegar works as well, only thing is it stinks.
Hope it works out for you.

Yes, I used a little vinegar today. Made it smell like a salad. Thanks for the Lysol suggestion. Of course that stuff makes it smell like an operating room.
