Default Where to grab power on driver side fuse box

I looked at the fuses there and they all seem switched by the headlights, is there a fuse to pull from that has power when the car is on?

Or a better place inside the cabin to grab power?

Under the hood, all the way in the back of the main fuse box on the drivers side, is a terminal that has switch B+. I use that for everything. To be on the safe side, I added a 20amp fuse right at the terminal (similar to the write up on here for i/c pump all the time).
~edit~ to get to that terminal you have to take the upper fuse box cover off. Just pull the 4 tabs away from the lower box and lift up.

Try #4. There is where I have my RD connected. It is switched.
