Default Seat Adjuster Track/Gears/Mechanism is Screaming!

We have two Crossfires and both of the driver's side seats need replacement seat track adjuster mechanisms. When adjusting teh forward or rear seat position they squeal, grind and sound like they are coming apart. Both are covered under a Chrysler Max Care extended warranty. Thew problem is these parts are on back order with Chrysler with no anticipated delivery date.
Does anyone know if the seat tracks for the 2004 SLK320 Mercedes are the same mechanisms or have any cross reference numbers from Chrysler to Mercedes etc on these seat track mechanism parts? Any pointers here would be appreciated.

The adjuster mechanism for the (left) Mercedes is 170 910 23 36. Right is 170 910 24 36.
But what that includes I do not know, includes a motor, but there are two motors I think.

There are a lot of parts shown on the Crossfire parts list, go to interior trim in the '05 parts list. This list is in the SRT6 documentation thread.

Probably the same parts I'd guess. The same parts are on the LTD's so go to a wrecker.
