Changing the interior this week!
Took out all light colored a and b pillars and the tailgate pieces yesterday. Took out the headliner and took it to a local shop to get wrapped up in synthetic suede just waiting to go pick it up! Painted the light colored pieces black to match the rest of the interior better and have some of the slk visors ready to go in!
Pumped to see the outcome of this! Will get pictures ASAP once completed!

Looks nice in the pictures and I bet looks nicer in person. I would bet that suede on the headliner really ties in well with the seats - nice choice!!
Looks really NICE !!!
( You do realize that you just told everyone where you live, right ? - stoopid trash can )

Didn't even notice that. Guess I'll get on that in a bit. Bout to be on the road.
WOW that looks great! I am a buyer for your OEM driver's side sun visor if it is in good condition. Need the mounting bolts / screws too. I'm refurbishing an SRT6 roadster and the driver's side sun visor is missing. You can e-mail me directly at RedDogNumber1@aol.com. THANKS!!
Looks great, very nice job. I just ordered some fabric samples to redo my headliner, the gentleman who previously owned my car was a fisherman and poked a hole in the headliner. d---shi-. I plan on doing my own but until I saw yours, I wasn't planning on redoing the hard pieces. I am leaning toward a gray if I can find something to match the seats fairly closely. Again. GOOD JOB.
Looks good, just did the same to mine except wrapped the pillars in suede as well. One question did you remove your hatch plastics to dip them because in mine it is still the light color and it drives me crazy. If you did remove any tips? thanks.
Thanks everyone!
RedDog- A friend of mine already bought them off of me. Sorry.
JEFASOLD- I'd recommend just looking on dipyourcar.com they have a bunch of colors to chose from. I just knew that black would work most likely pretty good and I like the contrast from the headliner.
caseycowen5- Yes, removed the rear hatch pieces. Once you pop off the circle center piece in the handle area there will be one bolt to remove on that part. Once having removed the bolt just slowly pull it evenly off from all sides bit by bit. Having done that the second piece will have two bolts to remove and then slowly pull it off also. Pretty simple just not rough with movements since they are plastic pieces still.
TommyT- southwest side of Houston. You?
Again, thank you I was really glad to get it done.

That looks damn good, wish I knew where to get my top interior trim done here in Chicago. I'd definitely for the darker tones, that charcoal looks great!
Adrian_X- Which interior pieces are you speaking of? I sprayed all of mine with Plasti Dip. 5 coats on each piece, 30-45 minutes in between each coat. (I did pretty thick coats, it looked like it would be bunched up in some sections but the Plasti Dip forms the shape it is on.) Waited over night to touch them and put them in the car.
I meant your headliner hahah, my bad. But yeah I just have no idea where I should have it done in Chicago. I don't know anyone with a shop or that knows one that would do it without breaking anything on my Crossfire.
