Default Removing center console silver trim?

Removing center consul silver trim? (2005)
Hello everyone, I have a weird situation hopefully someone can help. I am trying to remove the silver trim on top of the middle Consol. However to get in and manipulate the torque screws to remove it I have a vacuum line which locks the center consul storage bin and I can't manipulate it to get to the screws to remove the silver trim(not the lid but the center Council part. I am sending my silver trim pieces to be Hydro printing wood trim finish. So if anyone can help me I really don't want to touch that vacuum line I know how temperamental they can be. Is there a way to get that trim off or manipulate it in such a way to remove that trim. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I've done that a few times. It's tough to get to. I put the passenger seat full forward and lifted the console as high as I could. Reached under and firmly pulled the tube from the fitting.

I've always been surprised the fitting survives.
