Hi, welcome to the forum.
Is your car a limited, base, SE, or SRT6?
If it's a limited or SRT6 you might have a bad seat relay.
Search the forum for how to replace it. The search bar is in the upper right where it says "Threads". The part is cheap and should be available at most part stores.
If it's a base or SE you might have something stuck in the seat rails that is preventing you from moving the seat.

I still don't know what model car you have. From what you're saying, I will assume that it is a base model. There is no seat relay for the base model, because it doesn't have power seats.
On the driver's seat, left side middle. There should be a handle. That is a pump lever for the hydraulic cylinder. Pumping that lever will raise your seat up.
There is no height adjustment for the passenger seat.
There is a round **** on both seats. That will move the upper part of the seat back and forth. The handle near the floor in front of the seats will adjust the whole seat back and forth.
All of this information can be found in your owner's manual. If you don't have an owner's manual, you can download one here: Owner's manuals, service manuals etc.
Hopefully this was helpful.

I bought my first Crossfire a month ago. I believe the electric box is a sensor that determines if someone is sitting on the seat.
The "piston" serves as a strut that aids in raising the seat.
