Default Is this a Key code chart

So I read it is common for key codes to be stamped or located on the inside door panels of some cars. I read other parts might have them in hidden places. So I looked at my 2004 crossfire's glove box door and I found this chart with a picture of a key fob next to it. Circled in red in pic. This chart and some numbers are stamped in the part in back edge of glovebox door. In the chart there are spots that are burned in that are not part of the stamped chart. The door has to be removed to find it. I read it can be used to make a key with little effort by someone who can decipher it. Has anyone else heard about this or know how to read this chart.

This is what my chart says. The black dots were not part of the manufactured stamp and were burned in with something like a soldering pen or hot point.

AFAIK this is a very common thing to see on plastics.
