It's so nice to see a Mercedes section here! I've been lurking around with my e320 (m112 engine) for a while and I'm currently in the process of supercharging it. Everyone here has been very helpful and now that it's warm I'm getting the project rolling along nicely. I have all the parts and after looking through brabus' post on MBWorld at this point the supercharger is a bolt on (I know I'll need to fab a weird pulley system though and will experience hurdles obviously) I'm getting hardware and painting my front radiator support for the intercooler currently and will be sure to keep you all posted. I opted for a clutchless pulley from vtech and they were actually able to get me one at 78mm (larger than stock) for no extra money and they're very fast. Taking off the original pulley I forgot to add heat and as you can see it could've ended in a huge disaster, thankfully the pulley puller broke before the plate and the pulley itself did (it took awhile please be patient and use heat otherwise you'll probably have to grind out slots for your pulley puller. I changed the supercharger oil and re-gasketed the intercooler and preped all of my surfaces. From what I heard no tuning would be required using the stock ecu even! I am wondering if I will need a new throttle body? (if anyone knows) and I do have plans for my ac lines, scrapping the horn apparently I have two anyway. And there is a very obvious reason I'm here and not MBWorld, you guys are awesome and very helpful <3 (I hope e-class 320 and c32 amg stuff is ok here too?)
