Ohio owners where are you?
I assume your talking service? Try Dan Hemm in Sidney - 1/2 hour trip but they have a Xfire tech - Scott Crawford is the GM and a good guy. I've had my SRT-6 only 7 months and 4K miles so no service.
Howdy,
Black six-speed base coupe, Work downtown Cincinnati, live in Northside.
Nice short fast commute.
Maybe too fast...starting to collect tickets ! Think the CPD is on to me...
12K miles @ one year old. Purchased new from Wullenweber less than $20K.
Life is GOOD
Cheers,
Slim

Centerville, Ohio Actually Washington Township. Looks like a few more Crossfires running around the Dayton area. I've seen a few, including a Sapphire Silver Blue Roadster. What a beautiful car...so that's what I look like driving around. I don't know how the public can stand to see me having so much fun.
I was in Mason today (Mason Montgomery Road) about 11:30 this morning, and I'll be danged if there wasn't an another aero blue coupe right behind me at a stop light ! Darn near broke my neck trying to catch a glimpse.
Anyone from Here??

You'll see more of me around Macedonia in about a month as my daily driver is heading to Florida with my son and my "HEAR YEE" Crossfire will take the role of daily driver.

Anyone care to give recommendation on local dealerships ? I'm not at all pleased with Dave Dennis.

What's been your problem with them? We've always had excellent service from them?
Seriously, you've got to be kiddiing !
You've had great service at that dealersip ??
I will not go into great detail, but,
-they played big time with the numbers on the purchase (and I did not come out ahead, my fault)
- 2 days after purchase, went back because tire pressure light was on, no one could help me, because everyone, the entire service department was at lunch. I could wait for 3 hours and then maybe..
-the service department denied for 3 weeks on whether I had the 3 month certified warrenty (showed them my paper work, wasn't in the computer, so "shrug, go away")
-took her in for service, told them it was pulling, would the check alignment, they switched front tires, I know for a fact they did, because I had to clean the brake dust off. Then denied it and said that that's the way the car drives. Advice: Drive only on new streets! Yeah right. Had it cheched elsware, it was out of alignment
-took 7 weeks to get part(s) for heat seater, which I found out later the parts were there after 2 weeks)
I could continue, but I won't...let's just say, I will never go back there

I had a brake caliper problem - took it back to Dan Hemm in Sidney where I boght the car from and had great service/experience. They have an Xfire trained tech - I spoke to him etc...seemed good. The service writer is Ruth and was very good too. Downside - its in Sidney. I have a friend who is the GM of one section of the dealership and he valets mine up for service....
Ohio owner here - in Madison outside of Cleveland - okay stop laughing...would love to hook up and see everyone's cars...simply love mine - had it about 6 weeks...it's an Oyster Gold Roadster - Saw another one just like it on I271 and others have seen a similar car in Eastlake - think it may be the same person but maybe not...I hope there's not more than 1 other nearby - can't believe all the stares at the car or is it at me with that silly grin as I'm driving...
Let's all do something where we meet and check everyone else's stuff out!
As far as service, I went to Classic in Madison - they don't have a clue I'm afraid - they told me to go to the dealer I bought it at - that's in North Carolina so that isn't happening - anyone know of a dealer in the greater-Cleveland area where you will get the respect and good service that all of us deserve?
thanks -

We frequent a few of the wineries up Geneva way if you are so inclined. A few of us met at Pickle Bill's this winter and had a great time, and if we twisted a few arms I'll bet we could arrange a G-T-G.We just love driving along the lake in the summertime. As for service if you have a major problem +fireamx had his into Klabens in Kent and it sounds like they have a very good tech (Kevin) there. I bought mine at True North in Kingsville and took it in for a check engine light that was a loose connection on the O2 sensor which they fixed ok but that is the only work I have had done there, they do have a certified XF tech and the owner of the dealership has his own Crossfire which should be a plus. Hope to catch up to you this summer.
As far as service, I attempted to take my 2005 Graphite SRT-6 Coupe to Falls Chrysler but had issues with there abilities after meeting with the Service Manager. I was speaking to a friend of mine who has a Viper and he suggested Ganely as well as Klaben. I have not rescheduled an appointment as of yet.
Please keep posting as to a get together. That sounds like fun. I recall a Quaker Steak and Lube somewhere up that way and I know it isn't Sharon, Pa....
