Default Colorado peeps - Interest on a track day on a Sat or Sun?

Just wanted to give a bit of a heads up that HPR is holding Open Lapping Days at their winter price rate on Saturday Nov 14th and Sunday Nov 22nd.

What does this mean?
For $100, you get to drive on an road course, ALL DAY.
Show up at 8am, and you get to drive all the way until 5pm.
Or you can show up any time in between and drive all the way until 5pm.

There is also Friday Nov 6th for the same price, but I know people have to work.

All you need is a helmet.
I can even loan you one if you need, and it fits.

Anyone interested?

BC.

Me, me! For one of the weekend days.

O'course depending upon weather and temperature since I'll be leaving the summer rubber on and it doesn't like it when the temp starts dropping too low.

Well, due to the fact that it was sleeting and now snowing (anyone else in the area see/hear the lightning and thunder in the midst of this snow? weird!) here on Friday the 13th, it looks like tomorrow's track day is a definite No Go.

Of course, we have sunshine and in the 60s during the work week and now I can play, it's more of the white stuff.

Invitation to join us is still on for the 22nd if the weather flips again.

Okay, winter has officially won...no track day yesterday, (lol or today actually for this week). Although it's sunny, we aren't making it higher then low 50s and that is just too cold for the summer rubber. I shall now concede and put my crappy yet all-season Contis back on for the cold days ahead (sadness). Funny, it's too cold for the Crossfire (tires) but we did get the Ducs out to play yesterday and possibly today.

If anyone in the CO area would like to join us in 2010 for some Crossfire (and Porsche) track goodness, we will definitely be heading out after the winter/spring snowstorms come to an end and the temps rise once again. Really hope y'all will join us! Itsky, I'm telling you, you will LOVE it!
