harbor,any up to date word on this show?were there many x-fires at previous shows?anybodyelse think they may be going? looks like a good show...plus lots of places to see auto related in the detroit area.

steve,it looks like i will make this one too.if the summer is not like the last one....i can't see going if they call for rain.i also like that this one is on saturday....can go see another car museum or something on sunday.let's hope some more of the "SOCO" go.(southern ontario crossfire owners).could be a good day.talk to you about it again.

harbor,i can speak for my self ....i would be willing to show my car...but i do not think either one of us is overly concerned about judging for points.we are both into meeting some new mopar and crossfire aquaintances.we have both attended carlisle and enjoyed the social aspect of the gtg.have there been crossfires that have attended in the past? please keep us informed.we would be coming from the niagara falls area of canada.

harbor,a michigan local first posted this thread.it looked really good so i jumped on it.bluecoupe from canada may also be going.join us MI1XFIRE the more the merrier.it will be a great time to talk x-fires.i got a hotel room near by ...at a very reasonable rate ...so i'm going to make a weekend of it.i also know a GREAT deep dish pizza place in greektown on monroe st. detroit.michigan is heaven for car guys.

thanks for the compliment, but it really IS my wife's car. She will hopefully let me drive it (as long as she comes along) Where in London are you meeting? We haven't been there since we were first married 30+ years ago.

 

offduty, tell your wife that SHE has a beautiful car...especially the colour.we have not decided exactly where we will be meeting.i suspect that we will meet up somewhere near the intersection of highways 410 and 403 and come in as a convoy.we will be coming from the east.you will be coming from the west so i think at this point we should meet at the event at a specific time to be determined later.there are directions to the event when you go to the website.glad that you are considering joining us....the SOCO( Southern Ontario Crossfire Owners) are a great bunch . i am sure you will enjoy yourself with a great bunch of crossfire enthusiasts. keep in touch.
