I have a company retreat that weekend unfortunately....won't be back until late Sunday.....we'll keep trying though...should be beautiful in your neck of the woods about now...I was down there a few days ago, but in the "large" car...lol

 

I am going to be replacing the runners on the dock at the lakehouse that weekend, so no go for me either. Sorry.

 

Oh well....let me know if you guys get something going some other time. Maybe we can make it work

 

I am on the 12th floor of the Brown Hotel in Louisville...just enjoyed a dinner at the museum on the Churchhill Downs track...with a tour...great time...thinking about heading down to 4th street and hit the bars....heading out to Bardstown tomorrow, and see how whiskey is made..lol...just looking for the tasting area actually....having a great time...this is a fun town...

 

We recently went down and hung at 4th street and went to Maker's Mark for the tour, been to a Derby or two, it is a fun town, we should consider a bourbon trail GTG type thing for the spring, would be great....

JJ..... I'm always looking for a few Crossfire guys to hang out with. Not too many G2G's here in Indiana but I meet up with the Illinois guys every so often. Since you live in South Bend your about an hour and a half away from me. I would look into the Michigan guys as well.

 

Well, some of us from the GCG are coming to Rockville IN in Jun.

Given the situation with limited rooms during that time and the car show going on, I wouldn't wait too long for those looking to spend the night or two down there. The biggest thing is what time we leave STL to get down there. We'll start the Sat morning drive around 0900 and the car show or Cruise-in as they call it will be TBD at this time. Sunday will mostly be a short route as we start to head home.

This is pretty much a low key GTG if you can call anything with Franc low key

 

I will definitely attend. I won't stay the night, not that bad of drive for me to come hang out. Besides, there are some other places not to far away I can stay if I change my mind. Give us the details as time gets closer. Love that area...but a lot of dirt roads to the bridges...just pick the asphalt roads...lol...

 

I'm going to be there Friday afternoon\night but I have to work on Sat. morning at 6 so I'll have to leave.
