I figured Dec 22nd was far enough away to let everyone make plans to attend the xmas GTG if they were inclined to make it.
Anybody else planning on attending?
So far I have
John and Mary
Tom and Bernie
need to hear from:
Evan and Wendy
RJ and Mary
Brett
Brian
Otis
Doug
Dave
Anybody else in the rocky mtn area interested............

John sounds like some good places to meet .....just tell the group where on Broadway the waffle house is ....... you can also see if you have a route for the drive as well. Open to any and all suggestions. RJ any ideas? Tom? Anybody else is welcome to chime in?
the waffle house is at 201 county line road.
get off of 470 , go north on broadway, right on county line road, waffle house on left..
This was Toms Idea, so I do not want to run away with his thread. I will look at a route today..
Tom, you there ?
how will we get there with out Evan ? just not the same :-)

I would love to make the xmas get together, but sadly its too far out for me to make any definitive plans. The oilfiled changes so quickly im lucky to even know whats going on tomrrow. lol
On a side note, I had an earlier message asking about this saturday (the 20th) and I know that Rob mentioned that he was going to take a drive, but was there anything with the group planned? I will be in Co Springs helping work on my sisters barn, but will be free on the 20th, so if theres a group gather, count me in

Brett we are indeed planning a run starting from the Waffle house on Broadway and c-470 Saturday the 20th at 9am. From there we are going the back way to co sgs and possibly up Pikes peak or at least to the cog railway for some fun. I will post the exact route as soon aswe decide what but the Waffle house is the starting point and There is a schlotzsty's for lunch by garden of the gods. We would like to see you......... come join us
Hi Guys,
Thinking that we can run from the waffle house to Santa Fe to Sedalia, on to Palmer lake and Monument. From that point the consensus is to run to pikes Peak and back.. Weather looks good.. any one else have thoughts.

Looks like a real nice drive! Thank you John, and Robert, for the great suggestions for tomorrow, its funny, I've never been to Pikes peak.
As always nice drive and even better company today. Brett really nice to see you and Larry today ......we will try to get to your side of the divide in the spring for a track day. The people that own these little cars are special and I am glad to have been part of this amazing CCC group. Missed the rest of you who could not show for whatever reasons..........you missed a real enjoyable time.

Then Who thought we could drive to the north pole in such a short time. Then,I have heard crossfires could fly... ya baby, 14,000 feet, plus 10’ I believe.. So cool.. Thanks to every one for the friendship. Thanks to the crossfire forum for the cool set ups.. Nice..
now bear with me, trying to learn how to show pics.
