Winter driving actually isn't as bad as i thought. I even have one bad tire on the rear that is a major weak point for my winter driving. It's frustrating that the Contis are on national back order, i really need one. I have even been fishing around for a used one.

I have winter tires on my XFire. I like how well the winter mode and traction control works. But even with winter tires it can be a little tricky to get going from a stop in 1"-2" 's of snow but once you do it does drive great a for rearwheel drive sports car. One thing I did notice is people look at you like your insane for driving it in the snow. Who knows maybe I am.

Remember the old Billy Joel song?

"You may be right, I may be crazy!"

I won't drive in the snow with these sport tires. Can't put on any winter tires at this point due to cost. But hey, if the roads are clear. It's car wash weekend at 45 degrees this weekend!

Mine is great in the winter - I leave it in the garage.

We have had so much snow lately, I don't think it would go at all until all the roads have been plowed thoroughly. I suspect that a foot of snow would stop it dead.

Mine are great in the winter... top down, sometimes heater and heater seats on when below 70 degrees. Sorry couldn't resist.

Someday the wife will let us move South!
Your lucky to not have to deal with the winter most of the time.

If you move South, then you'll have to worry about a Tornado taking your XFire for a ride.

Hello
Im Jennifer from Natick Mass ... just bought my Crossfire in October and havent met anyone else in my area that has one.. i feel like the only one!!1... ( dont kid yourself i love it) It seems to turn the heads of young and old men alike..

I have read a bunch of threads and i think this site will be really helpful. I used to have a different car and the online forum really helped me.. so i am hoping this one will be social as well!

I am still looking into hard wiring my Itouch .. into the stock head unit.. which i am being told cant happen..and looking for decals for the fin.. which i havent found yet..

so where is everyone located???
