NEX Christmas Party Gala Event!!! "ideas wanted"
Hey Guys... I have been out of touch for the past few months and i appologize.. I came in a very busy season at work.. broke it off with a guy friend.. and now in the final stages of an interview process with Harvard University as Exec Pastry chef..
So i have put on 30,000 miles in the past year! I cant believe it either.. guess my commute is long.....
I hope you all are having a fun holiday shopping experience... in fact i fit a 32 inch flat panel TV in my car..lol.. i couldnt believe it fit! It was tight but it latched.. I love this car... and i am thinking since i have so many miles i might try to look for another one in the spring.. im thinking Convertable...

Jen, good to hear from you. you really didn't have to buy me a new TV but thanks, I'll put that one in my bedroom. Hope you get the job at Harvard, sounds like a great opportunity for you. Please stay in touch. We miss you, I know I can speak for the others as well. Merry Christmas and a Happy and profitable New Year> P.S. I want a convertable too, an SRT-6 would be just right.

I'm not even going to touch that TV in the bedroom line. I could get in BIG trouble. lol. I'm so glad you got back in touch and plan on staying that way. We really did miss you and you were mentioned more than once in discussins about the group. You have a lot of friends here.

I'm glad that you are enjoying your TV. I know I love mine but it's in the living room and not as big. Only a 37" but I sit only about 7 ft. away so it's plenty big enough for my needs. We discussed you at various events, wondering why you fell off the planet, we missed you a lot and your fine ugh......PASTRIES, yea, that's it! That's the ticket.

I have my plan for the tasting... i am going to do a trio of Essensia... ( orange pepper reisling wine) A essensia ganach with wafer cookies.. ( in a shot glass) a Essensia poached pear with couveture purse, and a Essensia Caramel flan.. presented on a pickle dish...
then a mocha slice mini pastry.. chocolate cake, expresso buttercream topped with a thin layer of marzipan, dipped in chocolate... Hazelnut mousse slice.. with prailene, and then an apricot almond tart...
for the cafe pastry.. a gluten free, fat free... Valhrona Chocolate cookie. and a marshmallow smore..
shoudl be yummy.. i will post pics!
