I think I have found the treat of all treats. Ninigret Park in Charlestown, RI is having their annual "Seafood Festival" with the best seafood from anywhere. What's even better is that they are going to have 2 live bands performing and it only costs $8 per person to get thru the doors....plenty of great food for sale too. The music is free. This would be big fun for all. It gets my vote. We could meet at the diner of choice for breakfast or I have one in mind that would be right en-route. The bands are "8 To the Bar" and Roomfull of Blues". Two outstanding groups.

All kinds of places to park and well protected as well. It's on Sunday and we can make a day of it.
We could all meet up at the park and ride just off of 138 in Narragansett, the restaurant I'm thinking of is D7J's on RT 1A in North Kingstown,RI. We could do a ride up RT1 to the park. Even do a little car show of our own at the park. I'll look into it and see if we can do that.

Don't think I am going to make it. Michelle's niece is going in for emergency
surgery Saturday and we are going to be stuck with half pint for four or five days. Sucks but there is no one else for him! She has a bad infection right now and will have her gall bladder removed when safe or sat. which ever comes first.

Where and when is the meet up location?

 

8:30 at the park and ride at the Narragansett exit off of 138 heading towards Jamestown and Newport Bridges. It's the last exit before the Jamestown bridge. You can't miss it. There are a couple of big parking lots there. Try to be promt so we can head down the street for breakfast ASAP.
I'll be calling the Charlestown Chamber to get us special Parking today.

 

I am not worried about Cathy. Crumpy can handle herself. I am worried about ya'll.
