Planning Meeting Next Sunday the 25th
Attention all Crossfire owners from New England!!!.... NEX is having a planning meeting and a greet and meet at Patriot Place in Foxboro, MA on Sunday April 25th at high noon
we should all meet in the parking area in the North Market Place. The Red Robin Restaurant is near Spa Epoche and Twenty8 Food and Spirits. I need to get a head count ASAP so I can tell them how many will be there.
This is centrally located and should be easy to get to for everyone.
Please make a note of the time and place and let me know.
Thanks, Rick

TVT will be there as well but can not stay long so if anyone wants to come a bit earlier, they can meet Anthony, our friend from TVT Design.

I guess I am one of the new guys here.
I just picked my SRT6 Roadster which I bought from a Chrysler dealer in Excelsior, Minnesota.
I purchased the car in February. My wife and I flew out on April 7th and got back to Mass. yesterday with the car....1545 miles! Enjoyed every minute.
I will try to be there.
I've been into VWs for years...still am.... this will be another obsession for sure.

So I was trying to clear my schedule and planning on joing for the day driving from NJ...but I couldn't clear it completely this weekend and four hours is too much to get back in time to deal with other things.
Hope to finally meet the NEX guys in the coming months.

As of last night, the weather forcast is for rain in the afternoon into the evening. It's still on though, and it will be fun. Make sure you bring a pen and a notebook, there will be a lot of ideas going around.
Will see you all Sunday.
Rick.

The restaurant is the destination, the parking lot is #23 in the north shopping plaza. If you are coming in from rt-1 heading north, take the last entrance into Patriot place, on the post to your left you will see the lot number 23. You should also see my Aero Blue Roadster parked right there. Just enter the shopping center as indicated and go straight, take the first left and look for the entrance to the lot No. 23. Pull in there and look for me.
I have spoken with the restaurant people, they don't take reservations and they are generally busy, however, it sould be a rainy day, not much in the AM but increasing later.
They have 12 places set up for us, I need to see them 1/2 hr. before we go in. We can eat burgers and drink whatever we want. Get some things accomplished and work from there. Bring your ideas for cruise destinations and try to find a central location to start from. We could also take turns hosting an event.
So, what I'm telling you is that everything is set up and ready. If you want to meet with Anthony from TVT, get there a little early, I plan on being there at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be at 12:30 or so.
Thanks to all who said they'll be there.

It was fun to meet every one today. Thanks to those who organized it. Thanks as well to those with the wedge-in cup holders. I stopped at Walmart on the way home and bought 3 of them since my daughters 02 Sentra and my son's '92 Cherokee are both cupholder-challenged. They're very happy now, though.
