Not really new Crossfire user... :)
Hi all,
My name is Daniel a new user of this fantastic forum. I'm an Italian guy but I live in Madrid since 11 years ago. I bough my first Crossfire around 1 year ago.... I'm so happy with it. It's a grey roadstar one, one of newest in Spain, 2009 first plate and manufactured late 2007 or beginning 2008 not really sure about that
.
I will post photos soon... so you will see how nice it is...
.
I take the chance of this first post to ask you about a couple of doubts I have... I sure you know more than I do and you will be able to help me.
My first standing/parking front left lamp is gone and I need to replace it.... i tryed pushing it, pulling out, screwing it clock and unclockwise..... result... nothing.. no way to replace it.
I tryed to disassemble the entire optical unit but it's not that easy as i thought...
I have more questions... but I would start with this first
Can someone help me please with that?
PS: I just bought new nylon snow covers and this weekend will be time for making some fun on the snow
Thanks all guys...

Welcome Daniel! indeed not only did you buy one of the best little cars on the planet, but you have the right site to maintain it. I understand much of the differences in meanings between the USA and the European continent, but I am a little stumped at your description. You say its gone so I suppose that to mean not working as opposed to missing. Changing the bulbs (lamps) in the headlight assembly is indeed a tricky prospect.
If you look in here Exterior & Lighting - CrossfireForum.org You will find the means to replace all the lamps and filaments in this fantastic little machine. There is no need to remove the assembly, though depending on the side you might have to remove the washer fluid reservoir. ( also noted in the stickys of that section I believe)
Be patient and soon it will come to you. Once you have done it, it's quite easy.

Is this the bulb you want to get out? If so here is the method.
