TCM codes
Try the Factory Service Manual (05 is downloadable) under DTC codes (DTC Index page 5) . I take it you have an automagic transmission since both relate to the trans.
Offhand I'd suspect a loose connector for the tranny.
ps sure that is P0750 and not P075x ?

Thanks for the info. Took my car to the dealer and got the codes. They are saying the shifter assembly needs replacing....any sense in this? Quite expensive fix $2500. I asked them to verify the fluid level is OK and check all connections.
I would go this route :
1. replace the transmission connector ( part about $15 )
2. replace the transmission conductor plate ( part around $120 )
3. then think about the shifter assemble, but get one from a recycler. (as low as $35 )
