Fog light adjustment
Who cares ?
Just turn the lights on and go into the little door in front of the wheel and turn the screw.
If it goes down, then turn the screw the other way

You young whippersnapper, I was not really trying to be a smart ***, I was trying to say that you really don't need to know which way to turn the screw, the results will instantly show you if you are turning it the right way.
I guess I could go out in the garage and try it, but I just didn't feel that the effort was worth it.
Besides, "I" don't really need to know, I'll just continue to do the turn-it-and-see method.
( at least I responded to your post, nobody else did

The good Samaritan often gets a kick in the Goolies for his efforts, I have found that out. Evidently the use of logic hurts, seemingly more than the resulting kick.
Clockwise is the direction to make the the light go down, a little stretch of the imagination should find the answer requested.
A Torx #20 fits but the actual size may be a size larger as the #20 is a bit loose.

Just just asked which way you turn the adjuster on the fog lamp to make the beam go up that's all
The words please and thanks are being eliminated from the language these days.
Look look further up in our discussion and you will see that I said thank you
