Default Looking at a '05 srt6 to buy (is it a good deal?)

I have been using the crossfire forum for a while but never made a post.I just had my 2004 totalled it had 52000 miles on it the body shop said I need a new fender apron and they couldn't find one. I just found a listing for a 05 srt6 and was wondering if it was too expensive or a good deal. The listing shows many upgrades. I just wanted to check what the forum thought. Thanks for the input! http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/l-Used-Chrysler-Crossfire-SRT-6-d171#listing=196864914

It's a bit on the high side by 4-6K, appears seller is trying to get some of that "$10,000" back.

Buy it. It would be a good deal at twice the price. Worth is determined by how much you want it.

Those low miles will be hard to match. The close proximity adds considerable value. If you value speed like you might never have imagined, those modifications in place and proven overtime may be hard to equal. I would not call that car overpriced.

If top down motoring and stock are more your liking there is this you might consider:

I would suggest taking care to avoid water cars, especially out in Texas. The market is pretty much "flooded" with them some of which are being sold without branded titles. Car Garus is also a site with a bunch of email and verified phone number collectors. Be careful.

I think asking price is in the ballpark considering the miles and mods. Never hurts to negotiate however.
