Hello from SoCal, The OC
Wanted to say "hi" and hope I can get some advice here so I don't run into any "bumps" in pursuit of finding someone to help me maintain my Crossfire, 2004. It is my child, and who ever thought I would "love" a car this much? It is a part of me and I never want to lose it. I am starting to spend here and there and it's adding up, big time. Plus, trying to locate a mechanic who will be fair is, well, a challenge. Female with sports car, needs help: Yikes!
My friends say, "Why don't you sell that car?" and I say, "Never"! I get a compliment on it almost once a week. It is timeless. I did not get the mechanical gene--just creative, which doesn't do much when it comes to maintenance issues, right?
I appreciate input forthcoming: Oh, and if anyone knows anyone who can work on the car in the Laguna area of South OC, thank you!

Re: Hello from SoCal, The OC
Mechanically it is a Mercedes. Mercedes dealers usually won't usually touch it but I am sure there are Independent Mercedes repair shops in the Laguna area that are capable. I would call around a bit before I really needed one. The Mercedes brand is fairly common in that area.
