SoCal UPsolute complaint dept. - voice here please
Lanny here and let me preface by saying that not many issues get under my skin and I usually don't post about it either, but this one does. It seems someone (you know who you are) has formed quite a negative opinion about me and is claiming that others whom I have dealt with feel the same way.
Well, it's time to clear the air please:
If you feel that my work or service has been poor please let me know - besides if I'm doing something wrong I'd sure like the chance to improve whatever it is. If you're happy with my work/services please also voice your opinion. Honesty is what I'm looking for so please feel free to chime in and I will tell you my feelings will not be hurt by what you have to say.
Let the games begin.
P.S. - This is for people that I have dealt with only and should in no way be twisted into an overall UPsolute company representation.

Never mind - it's not worth the headache or effort. After exchanging e-mails with him and his explitives returned it's not worth it. I'm know people will form their own opinions regardless of what he has to say.
