Default Greeting from the retirement home...

What going on, fellow crossfire fans?

I have just bought my second crossfire, after trading in my 2005 limited roadster. I wish I found this site earlier, as I think every issue my car had was figured out or a fix was posted here. Anyway I just picked up a base model 07 coupe with 13864 miles. Damn near new sitting in a garage in Pompano Beach, dealer maintained all its life.

I have to say, I like the coupe better. A bit more room inside, but I do miss some of the upgrades(not many), so planning on doing some customizing.

The car is my daily driver and it get ALOT of Florida sun, so 1 of the first things that needs to be done is tint, after that, I think I may look into adding a bit more bottom end power. I spend so much time in low speed driving in the senior community, that a bit more "oomph" on the low end would be helpful.

Any suggestions on threads to read?

CAI ( Cold Air Intake ), 74 mm throttle body and a EuroCharged tune is just about all you can do.

A bit more "oomph" on the low end would be helpful at any age.

Shesh, thanks... So your saying Viagra in the tank aint going to work?

ala_xfire, pretty much where I was going with it, and an aftermarket exhaust. I figure that would kick in the neighborhood an extra 30-50 ponies. Just about the right amount until i find that low miles SRT..

Well, the exhaust won't give you any extra HP or torque, they are just for sound.

You might also consider a sprint booster. Me, I don't care for them.
