I am Eddie Shock from Owensboro KY. I have a black 2005 SRT6 convertible. Last fall I bought the car from Chicago sight unseen. (It was much cheaper to have it shipped than for me to go get it). Overall I am very happy with it. Only a few minor problems. (The ashtray won't open, the cup holder won't close, and the windshield washer leaks out!)
I was introduced to this site by Carl Graham and Gary Wemple.

I had asked Carl on Facebook how to join, and you replied with a link.

Thank you and no, the bottle is empty. When I pour fluid in, it immediately leaks out on the ground.

The WW reservoir is a bit of an enigma.
Is the WW fluid light on to show it is empty? This will happen if the reservoir is leaking.
Do you hear the WW fluid pump humming?
The reservoir overflows if too much fluid is put in when refilling.
When the light comes on it takes 4 liter, more than that and it will overflow. You cannot fill it to the filler cap brim.
The WW reservoir often cracks where it is supported.
There is a float inside that switches the low fluid light on, sometimes this jams.
The nozzles can get blocked when slime gets trapped in the nozzle.
There is a thread on how to remove, repair or replace the WW tank. CLICK

Check and replace the cup holder fuse; that may also remedy the ashtray problem. Most of the Crossfire problems are electrical.
