Thanks so much. I know Nolensville well. Here's the Crossfire I'm receiving.

You are not far from Nashville, and there is a strong presence of active, technically competent owners there. I would recommend you meet forum members Lori and Dean (WildmanMopars). Mr Peabody (Zachary) has family just outside Chattanooga, he lives in Columbia, SC but is home some weekends, in fact, he spends a lot of weekends with Lori and Dean. You might send a message to either of them.

Also, our Dragon event is a good place to meet, well, everyone. We have a meet in October but our spring meet in April is probably not going to happen this year. I see you have posted in the fall Dragon thread - keep an eye on that part of the forum, living east of the big river means you are close (reasonably) to most events held thruout the year.

The Atlanta/North Georgia group is very active as well as the "Lower Ohio" bunch led by Eric and Cliff (all of these people will be at the Fall Dragon).

Congrats on your recent purchase of the 2006 Oyster Gold Coupe & welcome to our Forum. Oyster Gold is a favorite of mine. I like it because you don't see many of them.

Welcome and as Pizzaguy (Mark) said we look forward to meeting you at the fall Tail of the Dragon in October
I have been involved with Mark helping to organize the event for several years and he mentioned Dean and Lori in Nashville
They have also been instrumental in the planning and organizing of the event too.
They are the ones to connect with as you begin to modify your Crossfire
They have a great amount of knowledge and are a couple of really good people to become friends with
Once ya meet them you will likely meet Zachary too.
Best of luck and enjoy the summer and I will see you at the Dragon in October !!

Gary

if u r going to be modding ,,u want to go fast,, if u haven't bought that car ,,don't ,,,,fine yourself a srt6 or V8
the limited is very low on hp and u r limited to mods, the srt, is 349 , neewswings intake 360hp then a tune 385hp the lower pulley 399 hp with upper pulley 410 hp and that which equals 348 hp at the rear wheels or 12.1 to 12.3 in the 1/4 mile jim www.worldfastestcrossfire

hp are estimates except rear wheel the 348 at rear wheels is correct

Hi Jason!
We are in Mount Juliet, just a couple of hours from you on 40. We have Tech Days a couple of times a year, where we hang out and help each other work on our cars.

Please connect with us on Facebook so that we can ensure you’re invited to the next event, which might be in March, depending on the weather. If you’re not on Facebook, please message me your phone number so that we can let you know when the next event is.

I would also recommend joining the Crossfire Tech Parts group, as several of the guys in that group are awesome about helping people mod their cars and can almost always point you in the right direction.

Congratulations on getting a super fun car and great enthusiasts group as well!

Thanks everyone! I’ll post more pics as I get deeper down the rabbit hole with this gem. I’m very excited and this thing is in showroom condition! Magna Flow exhaust, Kenwood upgrade stereo, and more ...
