New but not new
Hello forum.
I worked at Chrysler through the Daimler ownership in the early 2000’s and leased 2005 and 2006 convertible Crossfires through Chrysler employee back then. Always loved the car.
Purchased a 2005 model again last year (2021) with 70,000 miles on it as a mid (old) life crisis buy. Still love the car, but no so easy to climb in and out of now! Top down driving is such a joy (even in MI).
Found this forum while trying to diagnose 2 simultaneous fault codes P2096 and P2099. An excellent story and troubleshooting post from “Lars” had the exact same issue (down stream o2 sensors were swapped banks). I have yet to crawl under the car and try the fix, but excited that I’m not alone in my dilemma.
