New Member IntroductionsWelcome new members !!
This is the place to post a new thread and introduce yourself and tell us a little about yourself and what model Crossfire you just bought or are looking to buy.
Threads created for anything other than introductions are subject to be moved to the appropriate section in the forum for the topic being posted.
After months of procrastinating I finally managed to procure a silver SRT6 Roadster in October 2024. Really love the car and the styling. I've been lurking on here for a while but I thought I'd make my first post in the new members section.
These forums have already become invaluable. Reading some of the threads I was able to diagnose and issue I noticed after a few weeks of driving. Will be replacing the intercooler pump soon because of the info on this site.
Great to e-meet you all.

Congratulations on your Crossfire!
Welcome from New Jersey, U.S.A.
Nice looking SRT-6 Roadster. The after-market rims look really good on this car!
Thank you. They are forged light weight rims and the ride is quite good despite the low profile, especially over small bumps and dips. I had hoped the 285s on the rear would come out to the edge but it is a good 2cm inside and from what I've read going any wider will cause issues with rubbing (probably on the inside) plus not allowed any wheel spacers where I live.

Probably need to see if a spacer has been used. Based on your comments, rear wheels don't have one. A spacer would allow you to still use the existing wheels, but would move the centerline out from the rear hub. The 285s are about as wide as can be used due to max diameter being the controlling issue to avoid any rubbing.
There are several online websites that will let you see the impact of a spacer. Here's a Link to the website I like to use: CLICK. (Note: DUH! Just saw where you stated above that wheel spacers not allowed in your locale. RATS! You'd end up having to get a rear set of matching rims with a larger offset (would also need to see how wide a rim the 285s will mount on - See attached tire chart) to push the wheel centerline out from the present setup & use the same 285 tires.
Here's another that offers various options using wheels with offsets: CLICK. Lots of data provided when using this website!
Lots of options to look at.

I'm a little late with this welcome but must have missed your first post here in December

Thank you for posting this with your rim invoice. 20x10j +15 would be the spec for max rear wheel then.
