No it's not linked to any fishing, it's just that there are so many cars the lot gets full, you need to get in at around 7:00am to get a spot.

if I can't make it so early, it is really impossible to park, and just visit the place as a pedestrian ???

thank you also for the program you had indicated.

There really is no real way to get there as a pedestrian, you need to drive in and park.

Sorry to run off topic but I just wanted to post a couple of picks of my new ride... It took me forever to find but I'm super happy now that it has a safe and loving home.

I actually took those picture today since it was the first sunny day since I picked up my car. Then I did a couple of Bonzai 0-60 runs up and down Hempstead Turnpike, Newbridge Road and Merrick Ave. Don't worry it was during light traffic hours and I'm still having trouble not smiling. Man-O-Man am I going to get into alot of trouble with this thing!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to find out where you guys get your work done and whether or not there is a certified SRT6 technician on the island. Ohh and if possible does anybody know how many SRT6 are on the island?

BTW, I might go to the Sears Hicksville show on Sunday, dunno yet but I'm definitely leaning towards it

hey AZN440 I like that you're a mopar guy & I have a bunch of them myself!!!

As far as how many SRT-6's on LI I've seen only 1 black one a hard top in the Islip Area and that was a while ago. I own 2 srt-6s. So we can say maybe 10???

Well. It's simple I don't go anywhere anymore!

I let grand prix work on them at 1st. But they dented my car & gave attitude every time they had to fix anything under warranty, which wasn't much. They did fix the dent properly, but they weren't worth dealing with especially after I purchased 3 new vehicles from their dealership. And it was a 30 minute drive there. They are a bit unprofessional to say the least.

Then I went to Port Jeff Chrysler. They took 6 times to try & fix one antenna issue. Then they damaged my car because the shop jack slipped & dented the bottom of my car. they've been working on my car for the last 2 years. & when I told them about the damage the service manager Alex blamed me for the damage, when his own mechanic admitted he did it. Needless to say I completed the Antenna job myself, & i'll never take my car back to Port Jeff Chrysler. Alex Vitalie the service manager is very unprofessional & was screaming & yelling like a total jerk! I also bought 2 vehicles from them. And they were servicing 5 of my vehicles regularly. I recommend that nobody uses Port Jeff Chrysler or purchases anything from that dealer!

I'll be doing all the service myself from now on!

Who do u guys use???????????

Anybody ever use Town and Country Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealership in Levittown? I'm sending my baby over there to get a once over. I've actually bought half a dozen vehicles from them, however those vehicles have nothing on my new beast.

Just a side note about Grand Prix Chrysler Subaru, They had a low mileage ssb srt6 on their lot about six weeks ago. I almost made a move on it but didn't pull the trigger fast enough (It was actually on the lot for only 48 hours before it was sold). Thus I believe there is another SRT6 on the island somewhere.

BTW. The AMN Automotive that thynyc is talking about looks like it's right next to Grand Prix service center or is it all the same?

Ohh and if anybody is down for a local x-fire get together lemme know. I'm really looking forward to one!!!
