A Crossfire needs help in Breezewood. My nephew was driving back to Winnipeg when a rear tire blew out on the PA Turnpike. He was told he can't get a tire until Tuesday. Does anyone in the area know where he can get a tire sooner, or have an extra that they would be willing to sell? He is willing to rent a car to drive to pick one up.

Update, he ended up finding one in Hagerstown on Craigslist and is back on his way.

If anyone would like to have a meeting to set up a Pa GTG I could ask the kind folks of CICCI if we can meet in the CICCI tent at Carlisle Pa on Sat July 7. Say 2 pm. Those of us on the showfield will already be there at 9am so by 2 most people are ready for a break. If you are not showing your car it is $10.00 a day to get into the show, but the show is fantastic. Cars will be there from the 1940's until 2012. Chryslers, American Motors, Jeeps, anything that was under a Chrysler banner. Get there early and see the cars. You don't have to be from Pa. to attend our meeting. Just bring ideas for places or roads you would like to see. For some people who may not be familiar with the Chrysler Nationals I am posting their website. Ron

Ron, no permission required. The CICCI tent @ Carlisle is open to all Crossfire owners whether they are a member or not. CICCI would be honored to assist/host a Pennsylvania Crossfires Group meeting. Ron let me know the number of owners that reply to your post and CICCI will make arrangements for additional chairs.

Where are you located? Any good roads in your area? We could try to set up a GTG for mid September. Sunday would be the best day for us since my wife works on Saturday's. Say around Sept 23rd. I live in Mount Union, about the middle of the state. We could meet around 2 pm drive some local roads and stop someplace for the evening meal. Maybe catch some local attractions. Ron
