Hey Chas,
Are these guys equipped to dyno-tune our cars? I was planning to drive to Ohio in may to get Eurocharged. This could save me a trip if JPC can do it!

 

According to ichon's previous post they definitely have a dyno, but I'd make sure that they also have one of the two main Crossfire tuning companies in-house (in one form or another) to make sure you can actually get a tune and not just dyno'd


...wish I could make the GTG and the Car Show, but will be out of the country. I look forward to more summer GTGs...

 

Yes they have a dyno and they're offering discounts the day of the show.

 

I agree about the tune! I really don't care about just getting dyno'ed. I want a tune! If they can't do it, I will definitely be driving to Ohio in May. This is my major project for 2010.

 

I'm pretty pumped that this has all come together..looking forward to meeting everyone in a few.

 

same sentiments here! We just have to make the effort to keep this ball rolling by doing other events in the future! I met a new x-fire owner yesterday and encouraged him to try to attend the car show and too joinh CICCI! Like we say................we are growing 1 x-fire at a time!

 

Hey guys, for those attending the car show, do you want to set up a meeting point prior to the show or just meet up at the show? I open to either.

 

I'm fine with just meeting there, however, i am familiar with the area already. others may not be. Either one is fine with me though.

 

It does make for a grander entrance when you arrive in numbers. It may not be logistically possible though. Is there a public area near to the show where we could muster? I am good with whatever the group decides.

 

This is true. If when you get to Najoles Rd. (were you'd turn right to get to the show) you take a left, a short distance down the road is the Chesapeake Enviromental Center on the left, which has a big lot and is closed on weekends. Maybe that would be a good staging area?

Hey guys, we could just meet on the Post Office parking lot. It's on the right as soon as you turn right on to Najoles. The only other tuner I know for our car is TVT but "buyer beware". FYI, JPC is working on getting a Diablo tuner for our cars. I dont know how soon that will be but I'm gonna wait and see. There's a Dunkin Donuts less than .5 miles away from Najoles on Veterns Hwy at Benfield Rd. It's next door to an awesome car wash.

 

Did I understand Eurocharged is going to be in Ohio in May ? if so where ? thanks

Check their website. I was going to go but now have a commitment to go to. I will make the drive to Illinois to their shop. It's only 11 hours from my house. Ohio was going to be almost 10. Just want to get a good dyno tune and reap the benfits!

 

I would like to go as well and May 8th works for me.I can hook up with PatP and Pat2 to drive over together.
