Hello! This is my first attempt at participation in this formum. The wife and I are owners of an '05 Crossfire Roadster, which was purchased locally in late '07. The vehicle has just over 30K miles, and is just about perfect. We wanted something sporty, a bit unusual and relatively new to take advantage of modern ignitions. The CF met those requirements, and it is the color that my wife wanted. And it is equipped with an automatic transmission so that wife can drive. These vehicles are relatively rare in these parts, so we get many looks from other folks when driving around.

We are very pleased with the car at this point, but have not taken even small trips yet due to winter weather. The car stays in the garage, getting a start occasionally to keep the fluids circulating.

I reviewed forum postings for a while before joining and found: 1) there is no rust in the bottom of the doors (but one of the plastic hole plugs was missing); 2) the left low-beam headlight was focused too close to the car, and a readjustment of the bulb hold-down brought the focus point up to where it ought to be. I appreciate the folks who discussed those two items.

This is a great source of info and a lot of cool folks log in here everyday.
Usually about 500. Enjoy your Crossfire and think spring. Gary
