Get Together in Portland Oregon at Timberline Dodge
Yep, that was you. I was driving my Limited SSB then. I traded it for an Aero Blue SRT6. I'm bringing it to the GTG.

I like the srt6 engine I didnt like the interior or the fixed wing. do you like the srt6 styling better?
Mike,
I like the SRT6 VERY much! I think the fixed wing on the back makes a good looking accent to the unique style rear of the Xfire. If this rain would stop, I could open the garage and get some work done on it. I need to back the car out half way to get enough work room with the shop in the garage.

It dosent have enough power! I am adding the SL55 intake, 181mm LET pulley, TVT modified thermostat, Iridium plugs and need to do the rust treatment under the door gaskets and rear wing. Plus add the SRT SIX badges to the sides and engine plate. When the engine mods are done I will get a Dyno done and then have InMotion tune the ECU. Then Dyno again. I hope to have the mode (minus ECU tune) done before the GTG.

Hello Mike Porter....
I had sent you a PM on 3/20/08 asking to have the registration sent to my e-mail. Did you not get that? I would like to register for Saturday the 12th.
I don't know if my husband is going to make it but, I plan on being there.

Since you indicated you wanted to attend the Timberline Crossfire Gathering, we have you on the list. Just show up and complete the registration at the show. Enjoy the sun.
Mike Porter,
I thought the Get Together at Timberline was very informative. I just bought my car (New 2006 Limited stick) about 3 weeks ago, and with all the horror stories I have read about on this board I was very concerned about finding competent certified Techs to work on it. Those concerns were definitely put to rest at the get together. The folks at Timberline were very well informed and customer service oriented. I did not get a chance to speak to you in person after the get together because I had to rush back to work. I just wanted to thank you for setting everything up.

Thanks Mike for setting up the Saturday GTG. It was much better than I had even thought. I look forward to more XFire events. Much appreciated. Tony
Yes Mike, thanks very much for setting up the GTG at Timberline. We had a great turn out and it was nice of Timberline to let all of us park in the showroom that could fit. The information was good and they do seem to be very committed to the customer. It dosent hurt that the owners drive Xfires. Look forward to the next GTG with the Xfire owners in the area. We need to do a drive to the coast or over the hill and down the gorge to home.

Also, I had my camera sitting in the car and didnt take one picture!
Did anyone get some good pics of all those Xfires in the showroom? Would you share?
(Especially the Aero Blue)
