Nissan 350Z Cars???
Hi all,
Looked at and drove a Nissan 350Z this weekend. Thinking about picking one up. Anyone have any experience to offer, positive or negative, on these cars?
Looked at a 2003 with low miles and a lot of "go fast" mods already installed and a 2008 that is stock. Both are Touring models.
Thanks
Kevin

This may not apply to the used market, but I know the touring models were vastly overpriced for what you got. Most of the touring add-ons were creature comforts rather than go-fast parts.
Still, those are great cars. There's a LOT you can do with them. Good luck and be sure to post your slips from the drag strip. You KNOW you'll have to try it out at least once.

I drove a coupe with a stick around the time that I got my Crossfire. It was very quick and had a nice sound to it. Handled very well and was comfortable, but when I hit 65 mph, the front end started vibrating badly. I told the salesman about it and he found out someone at the dealership drove over a curb to park it near the road. I did some research and they had lots of front end problems early on - vibration, shimmy, cupping tires, etc - so I moved on...and a great thing I did since I started looking at Crossfires!

I haven't found if they ever fixed the problem or if there ar aftermarket applicatins to take care of it. Have you seen anything in that area?
Thanks
