Anyone know the cost of - - -
pulling a engine swap ??? My nephew blew his motor in a week old car !!! Parent are pulling their hair out dont know what to do !! Just spent $4,000 on this 01 dodge stratus with the 2.7 engine. Boy what a mistake that was, but thats another story !! Now wondering what to do, could you find a used engine & put it in for less than $1,800 ???? Help !!!!

So now your telling me !!! Anyone with any ideas which way to go !! Would like to help my sisterinlaw save some cash ! Hate to just throw the dodge away !!! worth about $500 not running ??? Then would have to start all over & be $3000 in the hole !!!!

Where are they located? If nearby, I have someone that would give you a price...the engine, could be a rebuilt, from Jasper Engines, or one from a junk yard...but junk yards are just that....let me know if I can help...

I think the PC term is "Salvage Yard".
In the very near future, they're going to be the ONLY place Crossfire owners are going to be able to find any parts for their cars.
LKQ tells you the mileage on the engine they sell, and I'm pretty sure they guarantee it as well.
