I know it seems like all it takes to get your automotive top 10 list on the web is a modem. But this one takes the cake as far as I'm concerned.

Number 10 would be the Buick Apollo GSX sad to say. BTW thanks for saving the night with this thread.

 

They represent a bleak era when pollution was the foe to beat and gas mileage suffered as a result.

Generally they all rusted away in double quick time as well, maybe that is the only good thing that could be said about them. Save the planet from pollution and fill the scrap yards with rusting hulks.

 

There was no muscle in that era...

 

I saw this over the weekend but just looked at the comments today and noticed this great exchange!!

But this really is a stupid list - the DeLorean DMC-12 and Dodge Mirada were never marketed as muscle cars and never even had the crazy graphics that would lead people to believe they were.
