2014 Willys Jeep Rally
Along with my more recent passion for the XF I have had a 15+ year passion for my Jeep XJ or Jeeps in general. So when I found out about the ****** Jeep Rally at Hueston Woods State Park near Oxford Ohio was open to all Jeep models I had to check it out. Here are some pics for anyone interested. The third Jeep from the left in the back row in the last pic is my '99 Cherokee, nothing special but it was the only XJ in attendance.

Thanks for posting photos of the show Ken. I've always liked Jeeps, but never had the pleasure of owning one.
My Dad did buy a yellow Jeepster back in the late 50's when I was around 7 years old, and I remember riding around in it all summer with the top down.
One of my favorite Jeeps was the flat nosed pick-ups they made in the 50's and 60's. I forget what their model designation was. It predated the Corvair Pick-up, the Econoline Ford, Dodge A-100, and the blunt nosed Chevy. But not the VW.
It looked like you had a beautiful setting for the show.
Found it.

The Forward Control Jeeps built from '56-64 were somewhat ahead of their time. There were quit a few variation including some heavy duty fire fighting units. They only made about 30,000 during the nine year production run. The last one I saw in person was at the Camp Jeep event in 2007. It was a beautiful setting and the weather could not have been better.
