Hot Import Nights 2005 - Hawaii
First and foremost, special thanks goes to HDDP for allowing three Soldiers and Sailors to attend the Hot Import Nights - Hawaii as VIP's!! You have given the three of us a night to remember!!! Thank you sir!
I have uploaded approximately 80+ pics to my gallery, so please go and peruse! It was dark, and some photos are a little off, but you get the idea.
Enjoy!!

Glad to hear you guys enjoyed yourselves. Thanks for posting the pictures. I'm sure there was a lot of BLING at the show, not to mention the always present HIN car babes...

It was amazing to see the range in quality of vehicles. We had everything from Sears $79 wheels and stereo equipment to VERY high end custom wheels...audiovox flip down screens to 42" plasmas...LOL
My son and I (as well as Bill) are indebted for your gracious gift. Please thank your counterparts on our behalf.

For those of you who don't know, my mom was hospitalized this week for a possible heart attack and we have all been on pins and needles all week. She was released on Thursday (they think it was angina), and a couple of the folks here in the forum (to include HDDP and FireBaseD) sent out their condolences and prayers...the point I am trying to make is not for my mom and I but rather for each other. Instead of being a jerk in our threads, be helpful, and lend a hand where you can. We are a relatively small community with a common bond (MOST of us love our crossfires).
Enough of my rant.

The tuning community HIN in particular has become a pretty interesting sub-culture in the American auto market. The Hawaii show was the first for HIN and definitely the smallest. We're in the process of producing a TV show that addresses the growing interest in the whole lifestyle. I hope to have a 30 episode series on cable by next summer. Also plan on using a Crossfire as a project car for the series this will give some of the performance aftermarket manufacturers an opportunity to develop product for the Crossfire.
Again, I'm glad you enjoyed the show... It was my pleasure...
