NOT REALLY! 
for less than $400,000 I can have a 4 seater Robinson helicopter, that doesn't require a road to travel on.
Actually I want an Electric car that gets 140 miles per charge, and cost between $15-$20k and can do 60 mph. then I'll be happy!

Good luck on the price of that electric car... but you should take a look at the Tesla Roadster...

unfortunatly the tesla has about $50k worth of a123 batteries in the trunk, still waiting for the GM Volt to hit the market, I guess $35k is worth the savings in fuel. only 2 more years to go
