With the TVT 450 kit you shouldn't need the injectors with the SL55 pump. I was 380 at the wheels with a straight line 11.5 AFR

What would be the price on the TVT 265 if I already have your CAI? Is Jersey the only place this can be done at?
Thanks

And I bet your duty cycle was well above 80%. The stock injectors are good for about 450 crank HP at a comfortable duty cycle. Can you run them at more, yes (nitrous doesn't count here). Personally I'd rather see a lower duty cycle, <70%, and have better atomization as well.

Of course with any mod the customer has the choice to do just what is required or to take the additional steps necessary for increased longevity.

The price would be 900.00 for Tune, injectors, and spacers. This can be installed at any competent shop.

250.00 for the install of spacers, tune, and injectors.
300.00 if cai needs installation as well.

you say "assuming you have a crank pulley" i thought the c3 pulley was bad to run with a crank pulley, and so im guessing the pulley is a little bigger than the C3. and what crank pulley gets you 450, and what are these cooling mods?

We can offer the engine cover if needed. As for the badges, well we have stickers as of right now. The GB price will close on 9/30/09, you can purchase now and we can send or hold till you need it.

We dynoed with a 178 crank/ 69 SC pulley. Dyno showed 360 RWHP on a Dynapack, which from our experience of running the same car on both a dynojet and dynapack, that equates to about 400 RWHP on the dynojet which most people use.

If you have a 181 or 185 we can machine the pulley larger, if you have nothing we can go smaller.

Cooling mods are a CM30 pump at the very least. So far an upgraded HE has not been necessary for dyno or street driving, but will be for a 1/4 mile burst.

I begin to worry about the stress on the engine running both a smaller SC pulley and a larger crank pulley.

what stress tests have you done on the engine running the "TVT450" setup?

This also seems to me to be edging out of a daily driver and into race only territory.

EDIT: How much would the price be if I wanted to keep my stock S/C pulley?

We have 2 DD customers that are having zero issues. The combo runs near the same boost as the 185mm, but with less stress on accessories and less weight on the crank.

If you wanted to keep the stock SC pulley, you really need any of the other parts in our kit.

At this time we do not offer that as an option. The pulleys are too hard to find used and too expensive to buy new.
