I'm confused

$175 would be fairly reasonable but $375 is getting pretty steep all things considered. At $375 a crack, I think I might have to dig around and find that plunge tool I had made to make my other pulleys last year and get in on this sweet pulley action. LOL

i thought it was 175$. when i checked the old posts it was 375$. so when my pulley arrives i will contact tvt and get a current price. at the 375$ ill check with local shops and my secret shop in oregon!!

Yea we're $375.00. We don't do the machining ourselves, so if you have a local machine shop I would get a price from them. We have seen machined down pulleys that didn't keep the original groove depth and killed belts though ($150.00 job) so just make sure it will be done correctly.

If the shaft is ground away too much in the areas to which the arrows point then I see the shaft as very weak and liable to break. If all four points were severed, then the throttle plate would fall into the intake or jamb the mechanism.

No matter how unlikely an event is to happen, given enough time and enough opportunities it will happen.

Who will be liable for the damage done?

Well considering the fact we have done this mod to literally hundreds of t/b's with not one failure i think itll be just fine. You can push back and forth with your hand on the throttle plate and it doesnt even begin to flex.

But Xray did have something come up so it is back up for sale!!!!

I can do that, no problem.
You can keep the cover and the printed board, as I have an NA so you'd need your board since they are different.

This is a 74 correct?

The t/b bore from the na is not the same and swapping boards chances messing up the little tiny wire brushes inside. Id love for you to get it but its not a risk worth taking for $50 when im trying to sell the car.

There has to be someone local and im suprised with all the money people throw at their cars no one wants to pick up some ponies for $50. Especially the drag racers on the verge of 11's.
