I'm loving the stories.

How much you want for the 11 wires? I have another incomplete set that appeared during our original move. 2 incomplete sets makes 1.5 complete sets!
Haha I like your math!! I sent you a PM.. let me know what you think!

I'm considering banning SVTCOBRA until this is resolved and the money is refunded to sive81364.
Although looking at his profile I see he has not been online here since Feb 25th.
I'm also concerned that banning him will even make possible communication even more difficult going forward.

Thoughts ??

I assume that sive81364 has his address and phone number. If he cannot reach him through those methods, I seriously doubt leaving his account here open will make any difference. I can understand a young guy falling on hard times as many college students do, but how you handle yourself when you are in the throws of those situations speaks volumes about who you are as a person. I was raised to believe that my word is the most important asset that i will ever possess. If this situation is indicative of his moral fortitude, then he has a rude awakening coming to him when he tries to apply the knowledge that his parents are investing in him. A lack of integrity will not bode well for him as he ventures into adulthood.

I say, ban him and deal with this situation via legal channels.

All I have is an email and cell# that he wont reply too. If anybody has his home phone or home address it would help if I turn it over to the FBI. Also after reading some of the post saying he was such a nice guy I sent another email offering that if the vender were willing and if he did not have the cash to use his credit card to pay $350 of the balance from me buying the throttlebody& CAI from them. But Still no reply

I thought that you might have gotten the address from TVT_DESIGN as they have shipped him items in the past. You might want to check with one of the guys at NeedsWings and see if they can assist you.

I feel bad for you that you are having to go through this mess. I hope that you do decide to pursue legal recourse. If for no other reason than to possibly avert someone else from falling victim to his ploys.

Good luck.

I sent you an email but never heard anything back.

Legally I don't think I can give out personal information or I would.

OK, after further investigation I find that SVTCOBRA has many IP addresses, and alias. Here they are the alias.

You figure it out.

TVTDesign
SVTCobra
TTCobra
AFWS04

Just to be clear, and avoid further confusion......

That's not TVT_DESIGN, but is really TVTDesign? Someone trying to make everyone think he's Anthony?

There's a lot of room for confusion here.

man, if I didn't know better I'd say this was the same guy in FL that scammed me on my boat. It took alot of work tracking him down, but I did, just like you will in the long run, but you can't give up or they win. And that to me is unacceptable. I go for the ban too, to ensure that he doesn't scam any other member who misses these posts and gets caught up in this web of lies.

BTW, any bets that this "kid" is really not a poor college student as is purported? I'll give you 3:1.

Unfortunately, it is TVT_DESIGN. I'm just stating the facts.

Not sure if $20 is worth it to you.. but you can do a reverse cell phone lookup..

I've used this site in the past : http://www.reversephonesdetective.info/

It truly does give you the address, name, etc of the person. Kind of scary to be honest.

Giving TVT_Design the benefit of the doubt.. could the proposed scammer have logged on to crossfireforum.org via TVT_Design's computer, giving them the same IP for an instance?

FP - Not that you have to give out this information, and surely not to me (but out of curiosity) how many times / how long has their IP been the same. Their IP's are logged every post, correct?
