I don't think you can buy just the inner tie rod. The tie rod linkage assembly part number is 05098996AA. OE Discount parts has it for $355. A seller on ebay has the the assembly on sale today for $180. Here is the ebay listing #120609519295.

 

BTW, how do you know that part needs replacing? Most of our steering issues come from worn out steering dampers.

Because 5 days ago i took my car to do the service of wheel balance and alignment and the person who works there told me that he could not do the alignment because the front inner passenger side tie rod was worn or bent i dont remember
