The gray plastic lower right hand side grill/bumper insert is broken on my recently acquired 2004 Crossfire. Maybe somebody here has installed aftermarket and have the originals that they would sell? It was broken when I bought the car. Dealer is supposed to have the part ordered but says it has been on back order for a while now. If I can find a used one that is not too expensive, I'll just go ahead and buy it.

 

Still looking for this part. Dealer says that backorder list has grown. Has no idea when they MAY be available. May go with aftermarket soon.

 

More and more Crossies are turning up in "boneyards". Check around there ....... just sayin

 

Yea, but unfortunately 9 out of 10 of them were front end collisions.
Not a lot of those delicate grill inserts survive ( just like the headlights )

 

Yes this is true, but he might get lucky with a t-bone or 1/4 hit. Check them out at any rate........

 

Well, I am happy to say that the back order was finally filled and I received it last week. Took about 30 seconds to snap it in and all is well.

 

Hello I need the lower grill to both inserts I bought my crossfire not too long ago and the guy before me mistreated this poor baby so much Im in the search to restore the car to its original condition as we speak . Well do you know if the dealer has any lower grilles or are they still in back order and how much are they thanks for the help

 

I know that when I finally got mine, I was told that the backorders had finally been filled. That was the end of November. I would think that they would have produced enough of them to have at least SOME stock but I guess only your dealer can tell you for sure.
