Default For Sale: Needswings Intake Manifolds

Hi everyone,

Just putting this out there as a little feeler.

A set of NeedsWings intake manifolds I'm looking to get around $780 posted (to the USA of course)

My fiance' and I are planning on relocating to Los Angeles at the end of next year after our wedding so I'm slowly taking off the performance parts I have on the car and getting it ready for sale

I'm sure I'll find a nice black SRT-6 in the states though for alot cheaper then what they cost here .

If anyones interested just send me a PM.

John.

I'd hate to see you sell something that you could just pack up and bring with you once you get it off the car.

P.S. Welcome to the US, soon.

I would take them off, ship them to MikeR for storage, and install on your next SRT6...once here in the states... You know those parts...and it won't be cheaper on parts, but a hell of lot cheaper buying the car...

Thanks man I can't wait to get over there. As for the pack and bring stuff idea theres 2 reasons why it wont work

1. I'm only planning on bringing 1 suite case and thats it I'm selling everything off here furniture, fridges etc etc.

2. The fiance' soon to be wifey has recently become aware that an E90 M3 can be had in the states for well under $50,000 (there around $120,000 2nd hand here in Oz) so theres a good chance she will get one of those and I'll either have to share or buy a beater. Which means I might not get another SRT-6 straight away!

Very true Doc! but if we end up buying an M3 I wont have money for another SRT, well atleast not straight away

I have jumped the gun here fellas. Unfortunately I'm going to have to revise my offer.

$780 + Shipping.

I didn't realize how much the cost of shipping changes depending on where in the states it's going. I did a quick quote to a random zip code in L.A and the cheapest charge I got was $80 with DHL (2-3 day delivery).

This plus the fact that the AUD dollar out of nowhere has sky rocketed (which I didn't even realize) which means I'd instantly loose 7-8% but thats my problem the price is in USD as 99% of the guys here are in the states.

Also please note if someone is paying by paypal and using there credit card it will be an extra $25 (Paypal will charge me that fee) if it's coming from your bank account it's all good no extra fee's.

Once again everyone really sorry about the change I have to cover myself here aswell!!

And again no rush I've got around a year to sell them

John.

John,
My sons father-in-law is a car broker and a BMW enthusiast... he has an M3.... he can probably find you a good deal when you finally get here..... then you have a reason to come visit and we can take the Aero out.....

Yeah, he knows he cant beat me and loves my SRT6..... he asked if I had a custom exhaust... the resonator delete is just the right growl at idle and even better going away......

That sounds great Mike, I wouldn't mind buying a car from interstate it would give us a good chance to do abit of exploring while driving back to California!

Does he have the E90/92 M3 or the E46?

Don't worry Steve, Id much rather a C63 AMG then the M3, but trying explaning that to the mrs apparently the C63 is "ugly" my response is "no thats fair enough, I mean dont worry about the fact that it's got a 6.2ltr V8 or the fact that is destroys an M3 stock for stock"

well theres an upside to owning a m3 john. buckhead imports in atl. ga is a premier bmw tuning shop and they can make that car a beast. gives you a chance to cruise to the east coast for a road trip! btw dibs on the c3 if you decide to part with it
