Default WTT '05 Limited Leather Seats for base seats

Hello all....
I am considering trading my grey two tone leather seats from my 05 limited for someone's grey cloth seats from a base model + $200 cash.
Would have to be someone local to SWFL (or someone willing to drive here), as mine is a daily driver and I need it to get back and forth to work.

The reason I am considering the trade is that my leather seats are just a little too narrow for me (the bottom cushion) and I've read in this forum that the base model seats are wider. I drive over and hour to work each day, and by the time I get there the sides of my legs are killing me. Before I make the trade I would like to meet up and actually sit in the base seats to make sure that they are actually wider....because I really like the look of the leather seats and if the cloth ones aren't wider then I may as well just keep them.

If you're interested, PM me or post a reply.
Thanks!

Hello, I know that your post is an old post, but curious to know what the outcome was with the seat change from leather to cloth. I've read every opinion about comfort, body type, tall short, heavy, etc. I have a base model, find the cloth seats not comfortable and am considering changing to leather. One post said the seat base is exactly the same except for the covering, others believe there are differences. What did you finally resolve with your seats? thanks for your reply. You can PM if preferred.

He sold his car in June 2012,so not much to be expected from him. When replying to old posts it's best to see if the person is still around.
